SHIPPING POLICY - Glowzeya

 

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

 

Delivery time: United Arab Emirates: 5-12 business days. GCC countries: 7-15 business days. Rest of the world: 10-20 business days.

 

Shipping cost: Free standard shipping on all orders.

 

Tracking: A tracking number is sent by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to become active.

 

Customs and duties: Any customs fees or import duties, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Wrong or incomplete address: Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

 

Delays: Occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, or courier volume. If your order has not arrived within 25 business days, contact us at retreatksa@gmail.com and we will resolve it or refund you.
